Raiding Rules

Raid Rules:
At raids, you must respect the orders given from leadership (raid leader, officers, class masters). We do not discuss tactics with those who give the orders during such an event. Should you feel there is a better way to beat any given encounter, we will provide space for this to be discussed on the forums or directly with one of the leadership.

Raid Looting System

We don't actually use a strict DKP system at Quintessence, the loot is decided by the officers, but we still award points for attendance and charge 1 point for most items that are used for main spec, and 0 points for off spec items. This system gives us a good idea of who deserves the item but other considerations are taken into account, such as the need of the item and recent attendance etc.

Guild Ranks and Trials

We use the following ranks in the guild.

Guild Master
Officer
Core
Initiate
Trial
Social

1. Core status requires a decent attendance in the 25 man raids. If a members attendance starts to drop without a good reason a demote might be the consequence.
