Raid Looting System

We don't actually use a strict DKP system at Quintessence, the loot is decided by the officers, but we still award points for attendance and charge 1 point for most items that are used for main spec, and 0 points for off spec items. This system gives us a good idea of who deserves the item but other considerations are taken into account, such as the need of the item and recent attendance etc.
