Quintessence is a World of Warcraft raiding guild on the EU Kul Tiras server. We formed on 1 January 2007 ready for the Burning Crusade expansion. We raid 3 days a week with a 20:30 start time to suit our players lifestyles.

While reading the top ten of the most favorite web comics around the web these days (www.topwebcomics.com), I came across one that didn't actually appeal to me as far as I read(the story seemed too weird for my likings, but curiously enough its the top 9th), until I stumbled upon the first "Intermission" in between the story line. I then skipped the whole comic book and just read all those intermissions, which sadly were too few. If you're into weird stuff, you can read the comic too. For some old fashioned humour, check below!

Here's the deal. We have teamed with the folks at Blizzard Entertainment to create a product that allows fans of World of Warcraft (WoW) to immerse themselves in the game. Our partnership started earlier this year in January when we auctioned off two custom WoW notebooks for charity. For this system, we wanted to go way beyond a custom appearance. How did the XPS team go about doing that? They started with the award-winning XPS M1730 and beefed up the minimum config. I'll start with the system itself, and will explain other things that come with every system a bit later.

2.3.2 on the PTR - Patch 2.3.2, a somewhat beefy addendum to the already weighty 2.3 patch, went to the PTRs earlier this weekend, revealing a few large changes for a few classes. The whole notes are here but here are a few key excerpts:

v2 of quintessence-guild.com up and running. Update your links and clear your caches!

Lots of changes and additions to the interface but much more behind the scenes that I needn't bore you with, best just go explore!

Most importantly we have a new look. Nice and dark. I may add a lighter subtheme later on if people prefer it.

We raid Mon, Wed, Thu from 20:30-00:00 and Sun from 19:30-23:00.

You are not expected to have a 100% attendance rate, but joining the majority of our raids is mandatory.
